Thank you to everyone who came out to see How To Be in U.K. cinemas and helped make those screenings a success! How To Be is now officially available in the U.K. on DVD through Network Releasing and Amazon U.K., and as a download from iTunes. If you’re in the U.S., you can still catch the film on demand on IFC Festival Direct. Releases are coming to other parts of the world soon.

The team at IFC Films in the U.S. have created a How To Be widget that helps you spread the word about How To Be quickly and easily, and it’s available now for Facebook, iGoogle, MySpace, Twitter and more! Grab it here to share it with your friends and to watch an exclusive interview with Robert Pattinson talking about the film.

UK DVD release and screenings

We’re excited to announce the release of How To Be in the UK!  The film will be available from Network Releasing on DVD and iTunes download beginning 18 May 2009. The DVD is available for pre-order now from Amazon, Play and other DVD retailers. If you aren’t in the UK then don’t worry, the DVD will hopefully be available all over the world soon. You are welcome to order the UK version right away if you can’t wait, but please check your DVD player is compatible.

Leading up to the UK DVD release, there will be several UK screenings of How To Be in May. We’re in the process of sorting a few final details, but see the See the film page for the latest list of dates and cinema locations, and stay tuned for updates, and hope to see you there!

How To Be can now be viewed on demand in the U.S. on IFC Festival Direct, where the film will be available for the next 3 months! Don’t miss your chance to see the much anticipated film.  See the IFC website for details of cable providers.
