Director Oliver Irving’s Next Project Announced!

We’re especially excited to announce Oliver Irving’s next directorial project — Life Is Just A Game — a webisode comedy series starring How To Be’s Mike Pearce, Johnny White and composer Joe Hastings, who will also create original music for the project.

Set in present day New York City, Life Is Just A Game will tell the story of Tommy Delniros (Mike Pearce), a young former NYPD officer who longs for a life as the sort of tough NYC cop that existed in the movies of the late 1970s. Kicked off the force for his inability to differentiate life in his fantasy world from reality, Delniros is enlisted to work on the private investigation of a young English aristocrat mixing and meddling with gangs across the city.

Co-produced by A76 Productions and Dreamboat Records, Life Is Just A Game will go into production later this summer in the U.K. and New York City, and is planned for release later this year. We’ll have more details in the coming weeks, so make sure you get all of the updates by signing up for the Life Is Just A Game mailing list and becoming a fan on Facebook.

We’ll be back soon with more news on how to see How To Be all over the world, and if you haven’t already, make sure to get your copy of the How To Be soundtrack through Dreamboat Records, and iTunes.
